Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and quince have a spicy kerosene like overlay followed by some stony notes. Initially quite broad and textured the palate finishes with zippy lemony acidity. Quince, lime and subtle kerosene sit in between with traces of salted nuts also evident. Very dry with a lean, saline like aftertaste.
