Produced from 100% destemmed berries with natural fermentation and aging taking place in large format oak. Deep dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a bright purple red hue. Freshly crushed cherry and raspberry scents meld into inky earth, fresh herb and spice notes. Juicy dark cherry and raspberry fruits have a vibrant feel overlaying a back drop of inky earth, fresh herb infusions and spice. Slightly dryish finish with lively acidity and fine grained tannins showing an underlying firmness. Youthful yet savoury conclusion.
