The cooler 2019 vintage has given rise to this gloriously elegant and layered cabernet. Unbelievably vibrant and saturated in colour; almost luminescent fuchsia. Pomegranate and raspberry on the nose – the palate is concentrated and elegant with abundant dark berries and spice, chalky tannins and a core of pastille fruit. Gorgeous stuff. Drink by 2040.
