Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of red apple and pear mix with honeysuckle, hints of orange blossom and faint stony mineral notes. Fruity red apple, lime and honeysuckle flavours have a light tang to them with notions of orange zest and flinty mineral characters on the back half. Crisp off dry finish with a long juicy and refreshing aftertaste.
