2019 Down The Rabbit Hole Tempranillo

Certified organic. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and liquorice mix with vanillin cedar, dusty earth and spice. Mid weighted, elegant and moderately concentrated, red to dark cherry flavours morph into dusty vanillin cedar and spice. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and a light modest aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years.
