2019 Dormilona Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe nectarine mesh with hints of peach and apricot followed by dried honey, bees wax, light cashew and spice notes. Medium weighted, there’s a sedate creaminess to the slender nectarine, lemon butter and bees wax flavours. Finishes with a burst of citrus freshness and some faint notions of cashew and stone flint away in the distance. Fine, elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
