2019 Dormilona Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in seasoned French oak barriques. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a vibrant dark red hue. Aromas of red currant and mulberry mix with fresh tobacco, herbs and spicy cedar. Medium weighted the ripe red currant fruits show good generosity as they evolve into mulberry, infusions of fresh tobacco, green herbs and spicy cedar. Dry, slightly dusty tannins and bright almost crunchy like acidity lead into an elegant conclusion.
