2019 Dominique Piron Fleurie

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Leaping out of the glass are delightful aromatics of violets, ripe cherry and dark raspberry infused with fragrant herbs. Notions of incense, earth and spice then ensue. Delicious cherry and wild strawberry fruits infused with fresh herbs flood the mouth followed by infusions of incense and spicy earth on the back half. Crunchy like acidity and polished tannins with a long and very savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
