Gorgeously shaped with a finish that’s long, refined and fresh.

Brilliant pale straw colour with gleaming green tinged edges and a watery hue. Expressive pear and lime aromas laced with wet slate emanate from the glass followed by some dried honey, oyster shell and mineral like notes. Caressing the palate with a slippery textural feel are delicious pear and lime fruits. Lending further nuance across the back half are notions of dried honey, wet stone and an oyster shell like minerality. Gorgeously shaped with a river stone like feel it finishes long, refined and fresh.
