A deft dollop of wood can be found on the spicier and more floral inflected nose of cassis, black pinot fruit and a suggestion of exotic tea. The relatively supple medium weight flavors possess only slightly better mid-palate density though the longer finish is noticeably more tightly wound. This should be excellent in time. Drink 2031+.
