Other Reviews....
After much hesitation, they decided to produce a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée for the first time in 2018, made mostly from their Clos St-Laurent parcel located behind the winery, at an elevation of approximately 340–380 m. The soil is made of fallen rocks (éboulis calcaires) of Bajocian limestone over grey marls and the vines are between 10 and 45 years old. In 2019, ageing was in burgundian barrels because of the small yields. No new oak. Bottling took place at the end of August 2019. This vintage is 100% from Clos St-Laurent.

Pale cherry red. Intense and reviving aroma of ripe little red berries, red cherry, cranberry, plus a hint of red plum and spice. Just as intense and refreshing on the palate, this is vibrant, slightly wild alpine Pinot Noir. The tannins are extremely fine but sufficient to keep the fruit in tight shape and become more chewy with the second sip. Refined and long and likely to age well with such perfect balance, the fruit sweetness comes full circle on the finish. Drink 2022 - 2032.
