A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted black raspberry and liquorice scents mix with subtle incense, earth and spiced herbs du Provence. Juicy black raspberry, dark cherry and liquorice flavours overlay a back drop of earthy incense like characters and peppered herbs. Fine grained tannins with good flesh and a medium length conclusion.
