2019 Domaine de Bellene Coteaux Bourguignons L'Eclos des Abeilles

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing sees gentle yet alluring scents of white peach, nectarine and bees wax released followed by some lemon butter, cashew, biscuity nougat and wet stone notes. Well proportioned the palate features a rich flavour profile of ripe peaches and dried honey over light crème brulee, citrusy nougat, cashew and subtle spice nuances. Round and fullish it finishes with good freshness and a lingering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
