2019 Domaine de Bellene Bourgogne Cote-d'Or Maison Dieu Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes

Excellent depth of colour displaying a dark red black tinged core with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of sour to red cherries infused with violets are followed by dusty earth and fresh herb notes. The elegant, lightly weighted palate has a feeling of freshness flowing through the sour to red cherry and red currant fruits. A touch of earth, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar lie underneath. Bright finish with crunchy like acidity, slightly dryish but finely grained tannins and a savoury red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
