Brilliant water like colour with a light lime green glimmer around the outskirts. Lifted ripe pear and red apple aromas are matched with hints of dried honey, a subtle nut element and spice. Expressive pear and red apple fruits show good intensity overlaying a subtle dried honey and wet stone back drop. Has good textural appeal finishing dry with brisk acidity and a long, delicious juicy pear and red apple driven aftertaste. A dry textured style of Pinot Grigio.
