Made from Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo grapes. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Tropical fruit and Granny Smith apple aromas mix with melon and grapefruit like notes. Vibrant tropical fruit, lime and melon fruits overlay a stony mineral back drop. Zippy acidity finishing dry with a refreshing aftertaste.
