2019 De Bortoli The Estate Vineyard Shiraz

Totally opaque midnight black colour with a dark red hue. Spicy plum and dark cherry aromas mix with hints of liquorice, dried herbs and scorched earth. Medium bodied the palate features spicy ripe plum and liquorice fruits over a back drop of smoky vanillin cedar, dried herbs and peppered earth. Fine grained tannins with an aftertaste that’s both elegant and savoury.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
