2019 Dalwhinnie Mesa Shiraz

Inky black in colour with a deep dark purple hue. Dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas stream out of the glass followed by vanillin cedar, dried herbs and pepper. Medium to full in body the palate is generously endowed with dark plum and liquorice fruits which have a juicy feel. Notions of vanillin cedar, subtle earthy dried herbs and pepper ensue. Polished tannins with a long, richly fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
