2019 Curator Wine Co. Hamlets Shiraz

Black as night in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Jumping out of the glass are intense ripe dark plum and liquorice aromatics which are trailed by hints of dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Plump and opulently textured the palate is awash with rich dark plum, blackberry and liquorice fruits which overlay a back drop of vanillin oak, mocha and spice. Finishes with velvety tannins, good balance and a long plush aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
