2019 Cullen Dancing in the Sun White

A certified organic blend of 54% Sauvignon Blanc, 38% Semillon and 8% Verdelho. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus scents show good lift out of the glass mixing with some passionfruit, grassy asparagus notes and hints of capsicum. Displaying wonderful intensity and texture, the palate features a combination of herbaceous gooseberry, pear and passionfruit flavours which overlay a grassy asparagus and capsicum back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with a deliciously long aftertaste.
