Brilliant water like core with a distinctive greenish tinge running around the outskirts. Intense lime and lemon scents are married to notions of wet steel, chalk and minerals. Zesty lemon, lime and orange rind flavours fill the mouth and are underpinned by racy acidity. Finishes dry and crisp with steely mineral characters chiming in on the back half. Excellent drive and concentration with a long mouth watering aftertaste.
