Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of raspberry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs are trailed by some graphite and white pepper notes. The fresh, mid weighted palate amply endowed with succulent dark raspberry, plum and liquorice fruits which overlay a back drop of fresh herbs, black olive and pepper. Bright acidity with graphite like tannins and a slightly chalky yet fruit driven aftertaste.
