2019 Coriole Redstone Shiraz

Inky black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Aromas of spicy dark plum and liquorice meld into subtle dried herb notes, some smoked meats and blackpepper. Medium to full bodied the palate is richly flavoured with spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits which have a juicy feel. Lying underneath are subtle notions of vanillin cedar, dried meats and pepper. Polished yet well constructed tannins with a moreish finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
