2019 Coriole Mary Kathleen Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Blackcurrant and mulberry scents show plenty of elevation out of the glass with cigar box, earthy black olive, dried herb and spice notes also chiming in. Rich, concentrated and structured yet still managing to carry an air of refinement the medium to full bodied palate is decorated with ripe blackcurrant fruit. Lying beneath a dense muscular tannin framework are notions of liquorice, cedary tobacco characters, black olive, earth and bay leaf. Loaded with blackcurrant fruit it has a dry, sturdy conclusion.
