2019 Coriole Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 18 months in French oak. Superb depth of colour featuring an impenetrable black as night heart and a very deep dark red black hue. Nosing offers up a mix of red to black currant and mulberry aromatics which are trailed by tobacco, earthy cedar, black olive and subtle spicy bay leaf notes. Medium bodied ripe red currant fruits are underpinned by a robust yet fine grained tannin structure. Earthy tobacco characters, spicy cedar and subtle infusions of bay leaf compliment the fruit. Mid length spicy ripe red currant conclusion.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
