Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Red cherry and winter strawberry aromas infused with a mix of violets and fresh herbs evolve from the glass followed by hints of anise, earth and spice. Light in body savoury sour to red cherry and winter strawberry fruits make a supple entrance with notions of earth, fresh herb infusions and spice lying underneath. Bright acidity and fine grained tannins with an energetic red fruited conclusion.
