2019 Coombe Tribute Series Pinot Noir

Bright dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Perfumed scents of violets, red to dark cherries, strawberries and subtle anise blossom from the glass with notions of forest floor, fresh herbs and spicy cedar also evident. The palate has a juicy flavour profile of dark cherries and ripe strawberries over subtle anise, toasty cedar, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Silky mouthfeel with very polished tannins and a generous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
