2019 Contesa Pecorino

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime and green apple scents meld together trailed by infusions of fresh herbs and stony notes. A mixture of lime and spicy green apple fruits greet the front half of the palate and are underpinned by notions of slate and infusions of fresh herbs. Dry brisk finish with crisp acidity and a long refreshing aftertaste.
