Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of white peach, ripe pear and honeysuckle mix with hints of bacon fat, crème Brule and cinnamon spice. Medium bodied with a gentle creaminess to the texture, white peach and fleshy pear fruits meld into dried honey, light butterscotch, biscuity oak and spice nuances. Finishes with good freshness and a nicely rounded aftertaste that has a touch of flintiness to it.
