2019 Castle Rock Estate Porongurup Cabernet Sauvignon

From 35 year old vines. Midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Nosing offers up spicy blackcurrant aromas infused with black olives, dried herbs and cigar box. The elegant, mid weighted palate features blackcurrant fruit over earthy black olive, dried herb, subtle cigar box and spice characters. Refined tannin structure concluding with medium length.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
