Barrel fermented in French oak. Brilliant straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe nectarine and grapefruit aromas intermingle with lemon butter, hints of bees wax and gun flint. Good volume across the palate with mouthfilling flavours of ripe nectarine and dried honey complexed by a dash of grapefruit, subtle roasted almond and infusions of gun flint. Finishes gently creamy yet also remarkably fresh. Long nectarine, spicy roasted almond and gun flint laced aftertaste.
