2019 Castagna Adam’s Rib The Red

Nebbiolo with a dash of Shiraz. Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a dark brick red hue. Lifted ripe dark cherry, morello cherry and liquorice aromas intermix with earthy tobacco, dried herb and spice notes. Medium bodied the spice infused palate features dried and morello cherry flavours over an earthy leather, tobacco and dried herb back drop. Vivid acidity with tight, chewy tannins and a tangy, savoury conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
