Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of green apple mix with lime, fresh herbs and distinct wet stone notes. Crunchy green apple and lime fruits lead the way with infusions of fresh herbs, subtle almond and stony mineral characters lying underneath. Nicely rounded mid palate feel finishing dry with brisk acidity and a mouth watering aftertaste.
