Certified organic with maturation in French oak puncheons for a period of 9 months. Brilliant water like colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges. Aromas of citrus, nectarine and light grapefruit mix with a faint whiff of dried honey and biscuity oak. Vibrant white peach and nectarine fruits show good intensity with notions of dried honey, biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint lying underneath. Finishes fresh with bracing acidity providing good focus. Lively fruit driven aftertaste.
