2019 Brockenchack Charli Saye Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Bright pale straw to straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and honeycomb like scents fill the nostrils with notions of crème brulee, butterscotch, light bacon fat and spice also chiming in. Rich and full the palate has mouth coating lush peach and apricot fruits overlaying subtle honeycomb, crème brulee and spicy bacon fat characters. Creamy mid palate texture finishing with a burst of energetic acidity. Concludes with a spicy medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
