2019 Brash Higgins NDV Nero d’Avola Amphora Project

Certified organic. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Ripe morello and black cherry aromas mix with aniseed, provincial herb and spicy leather notes. Mid weighted and juicy, morello to black cherry and liquorice fruits dominate over a background of leather, earthy incense and spice elements. Sturdy tannins provide structure and subtle grip to the long spicy aftertaste.
