2019 Balgownie Estate Bendigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium bodied with rich red to black fruit and a gently grippy finish.

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Red to black currant and mulberry scents emanate from the glass followed by some cedary tobacco, earthy black olive and dried herb notes. Medium bodied, the palate carries rich red to black currant, red liquorice and mulberry fruits which meld into a cedary tobacco, earth, dried herb and spice background. Sturdy fine grained tannin structure with a medium to long finish that’s gently grippy in its feel.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
