Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe apple and pear aromas intermix with dried honey, subtle tropical fruits and light spice. Intensely flavoured and texturally well rounded, the palate is filled with ripe pear, red apple, honeysuckle and spice. Despite the luscious nature of the fruit the finish is dry and fresh. Medium length aftertaste.
