Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime and citrus aromas dominate the nose with elements of orange rind, talc and subtle slate also evident. Mouth watering lime, citrus and orange flavours burst across the palate underpinned by talc and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a long zesty aftertaste.
