2019 Atlas Grenache

Fermented with 10% whole bunches and matured for 6 months in French oak. Dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy dark raspberry and liquorice scents intermingle with scorched earth, dried herbs and pepper. Rich succulent dark raspberry and liquorice fruits flood the mouth with some scorched earth, dried herb and spicy pepper elements also chiming in. Velvet smooth tannins with a long concentrated and juicy textured conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
