2019 All Saints Estate Shiraz

Midnight black heart with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing offers up a combination of dark plum, blackberry and liquorice aromas followed by vanillin oak, fennel and subtle peppered earth notes. Medium to full bodied with an opulent feel, the palate is layered with blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits which meld into vanillin oak, subtle scorched earth and spicy fennel characters. Velvety tannins carry an underlying sturdiness. Ripe, generous conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
