2019 Airlie Bank Cabernet Franc

Dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. There’s a strong whole bunch presence on the nose with clove and fresh tobacco notes overlaying ripe red currant and spicy dried herb notes. Light in body, ripe cherry and red currant fruits meld into clove, tobacco and spicy dried herb elements. Fine, polished tannins with good freshness and a medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
