Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the outskirts. Aromas of ripe pear are followed by subtle tropical fruits, traces of lime and melon. Fresh with a nicely rounded mouthfeel the flavoursome palate dishes up pear, lime and spicy green apple characters with a touch of minerality on the dry crisp finish. Aftertaste of pear, lime, green apple and subtle minerals.
