Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish lined edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up delicate scents of apricot, lemon butter, light honeysuckle and ginger. Generous ripe apricot, peach and honeysuckle flavours have a waxy feel. Finishes with a lick of lemon butter, ginger spice and fresh acidity. Long elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

This address has always played a deft hand with viognier and it is only getting better. This is exemplary. Poached apricot, custard lees, orange blossom and ginger spice. The finish is gentle, but far from shirking the pillow of phenolics inherent to the physiology. Noting pushed, shrill or out of whack. Drink by 2022.
