Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime, citrus and spicy green apple scents leap out of the glass with trailing talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering lime, citrus and orange rind flavours fill the palate over talc and mineral. Finishes with some tang and zippy acidity. Long lime, citrus, talc and mineral aftertaste.
