Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Peppery blackberry, dark cherry and liquorice aromas overlay lightly toasted vanillin cedar, a touch of dried meats and spice. The palate shows impressive richness with mid weight flavours of spicy dark cherries and liquorice sitting over toasty cedar, dried meat and blackpepper elements. Generous mouthfeel with slightly dryish tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
