Certified organic. Inky black core with a deep black dark red hue. Lifted aromas of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum intermix with vanillin oak, hints of dark chocolate and spice. Plump blackberry and liquorice fruits run into a dollop of vanillin oak with some inky earth characters on the back palate. Slightly dryish tannins with good freshness to the spicy medium length aftertaste.
