2018 Wicks Estate Shiraz

Totally opaque black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated liquorice and plum aromas merge with smoky vanillin cedar, dried meat and peppered fennel notes. The full bodied palate is layered with rich dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits which have a succulent feel. Spicy vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper characters ensue. Velvet smooth tannins with a bright yet long generously textured aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
