2018 White Cliff Winemaker's Selection Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Herbaceous gooseberry aromas intermix with passionfruit and fresh lime followed by grassy capsicum like end notes. Zingy passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus flavours race across the palate finishing with a bite of crisp acidity and some herbaceous capsicum like characters. Good intensity with a long zesty aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
