Deep black colour with a bright dark purple red hue. Peppered plum and liquorice aromas are followed by notions of dried meats, earth, vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied spicy ripe plum and liquorice fruits have a juicy feel with scorched earth, vanillin cedar and peppered meats lying in the background. Polished fine grained tannins with a refined medium length aftertaste.
